Afin d'assurer la constance de la qualité de nos produits et garantir le respect des normes de sécurité alimentaire, nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir : un/une responsable en assurance qualité à 80%

 

Vos tâches principales :

  • Gérer et maintenir l'assurance qualité de nos trois sites
  • Maintien des certifications (AOP, Bio, FSSC)
  • Suivi administratif des mesures d'assurance qualité
  • Suivi de la qualité des produits et de la sécurité alimentaire
  • Maintenir et garantir l'hygiène et le fonctionnement du système qualité FSSC 22000 et HACCP
  • Maintenir les normes au sein de la production et de l-exploitation
  • Suivi des réclamations et des non-conformités qualités sur les produits
  • Création d-étiquettes produits et création de code barre
  • Contrôle et validation des fiches produits et des étiquettes produits
  • Suivi et gestion du stock des emballages (cartons, sachets, étiquettes, etc)
  • Prise et suivi des analyses microbiennes (en collaboration avec un laboratoire)

 

Votre profil :

  • CFC en métier de bouche ou formation dans l-alimentaire
  • Être au bénéficie d'une expérience AQ réussie de 2 ans minimum dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire est un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances des audits de sécurité alimentaire
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 et HACCP
  • Connaissance de la législation relative à l-étiquetage
  • Langue maternelle française
  • Bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais (oral et écrit) est un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Connaissance des logiciels Espera, GoLabel et QLabel est un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité usuels
  • Intérêt pour la qualité
  • Flexible, disponible, autonome, avec capacité à diriger et persuasif/ve
  • Sens de l-organisation et des responsabilités
  • Titulaire d'un permis de conduire
  • Domicilié/e dans le Nord Vaudois est un atout
