Il compte environ 1600 jeunes en formation initiale et 800 adultes en formation continue. À la suite du départ à la retraite du titulaire, le ceff - Centre de formation professionnelle Berne francophone recherche, pour le 1er août 2027

Aufgaben ###

En qualité de directrice ou directeur du domaine ARTISANAT, vous aurez la responsabilité générale de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie et des objectifs liés à ce secteur de formation dans la perspective d-atteindre un enseignement de haute qualité et une gestion efficiente du domaine. Il vous appartient en particulier de mettre en oeuvre, pour ce domaine, les produits de formation de base et continue, de conduire le personnel et de gérer les personnes en formation. Directement placé sous la responsabilité du Directeur général, vous ferez partie du comité de direction du ceff pour mener les réflexions stratégiques et opérationnelles nécessaires au développement de ses quatre domaines. Un descriptif de poste est mis à disposition sur demande.

Anforderungen ###

\- Formation de niveau tertiaire universitaire / HES - Expérience professionnelle éprouvée dans la conduite d-activités et dans l-enseignement - Excellentes connaissances de la formation professionnelle - Aptitude reconnue en communication et en gestion du personnel - Personnalité ouverte, dynamique et organisée - Très bonne maîtrise de l-allemand - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
