Wir bieten Unterassistent:innen eine abwechslungsreiche Ausbildung und kompetente Betreuung durch die zuständigen Ärzte. Wir legen grossen Wert auf einen motivierenden, vertrauensvollen Umgang und eine gute Lehr- und Lernkultur.

Als Regionalspital/Akutspital mit Rettungsdienst, Pflegeheim und Spitex sind wir für die medizinische Grundversorgung der Davoser Bevölkerung und Gäste zuständig. Genauso wichtig ist uns aber auch das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem überschaubaren, für die Region jedoch wichtigen Betrieb, wir pflegen ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima und schätzen die Nähe zur Natur sowie die zahlreichen Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Davos.

Wir vergeben ab April 2029 eine Position als

Unterassistent:in Innere Medizin 100% ##

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Sie erhalten folgende Einblicke

  • Betreuung von stationären internistischen Patientinnen und Patienten unter Supervision
  • Mithilfe bei der Patientenaufnahme und -entlassung
  • Erlernen und Üben von spezifischen klinischen Untersuchungstechniken sowie Befundung technischer Untersuchungen
  • Auf der Notfallstation: Medizinische Notfallaufnahmen, Versorgung ambulanter/hausärztlicher Patienten, Mitwirken bei kleinchirurgischen Eingriffen (Wundversorgung, Repositionen, Gipsen)
  • Unterassistent:innen werden in den Bereitschaftsdienstbetrieb integriert

Ihr Profil

  • Unterassisten:innen im Wahlstudienjahr (CH) respektive im Praktikumsjahr/PJ (D)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • selbständig, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • belastbar, flexibel, verantwortungsvoll und wissenshungrig
  • im Team arbeiten und Interesse haben, mehr darüber zu erfahren, wie ein Regionalspital agiert

Unser Angebot

  • Erlernen von klinischer Befunderhebung (Anamnese, Status) bei stationären und ambulanten Patienten, ganzheitliche Beurteilung eines Patienten mit Erstellen eines Abklärungs- und Therapieplanes
  • Durchführung von diagnostischen Tests, Erlernen von Aufklärungsgesprächen, Mitwirken bei spezialärztlichen Untersuchungen (Ultraschall, Echokardiographie, Endoskopie)
  • Erlernen von differenzialdiagnostischer Herangehensweise sowie Ausbau der Fähigkeit zum problemorientierten Denken
