Aufgaben Wartung & Inspektion Durchführung präventiver Wartungsarbeiten, Funktionsprüfungen und Austausch von Verschleissteilen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit. Störungsbehebung Analyse und Behebung mechanischer, pneumatischer, hydraulischer und elektrischer Störungen an Produktionsanlagen. Reparaturen Fachgerechte Reparatur und Wiederinbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen. Optimierungen Identifikation technischer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzung kleinerer Optimierungsprojekte. Dokumentation Pflege von Wartungs- und Störungsberichten sowie Erfassung des Ersatzteilverbrauchs. Sicherheitsprüfungen Durchführung sicherheitsrelevanter Kontrollen und Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits. Zusammenarbeit Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Engineering und externen Serviceteams. Ersatzteilmanagement Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Ersatzteile und Pflege des Ersatzteillagers. Inbetriebnahmen Unterstützung bei Installation, Test und Feinjustierung neuer Maschinen und Anlagen.

Profil Technische Ausbildung als Mechaniker, Polymechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Fachkenntnisse in Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen sowie Mechanik im generellen und idealerweise Elektrotechnik. Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen. Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei der Fehlersuche. Arbeitsweise selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. Team- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
