UX\-Architekt (w/m/d) 80\-100% ==============================

Dafür brauchen wir Dich:

  • Du übernimmst in der Discovery\- und Konzeptionsphase die UX\-Verantwortung für komplexe Web\-, E\-Commerce\-, Plattform\- und Applikationsprojekte.
  • Du strukturierst unklare Ausgangslagen, analysierst Nutzerbedürfnisse, Business\-Ziele und technische Rahmenbedingungen und übersetzt sie in tragfähige UX\-Konzepte.
  • Du entwickelst Informationsarchitekturen, User Flows, Service Blueprints, Wireframes, Prototypen und funktionale Spezifikationen.
  • Du planst und moderierst UX\-Workshops mit Kund:innen, Nutzer:innen.
  • Du validierst Konzepte pragmatisch – z. B. durch Interviews, Usability Tests oder Review\-Methoden.
  • Du unterstützt Akquise, Pitches und Offerten mit überzeugenden Ansätzen und Argumentation.
  • Du entwickelst unsere UX\-Standards und methodische Qualität im Team weiter.
  • Du setzt UX bewusst wirtschaftlich ein: so schlank wie möglich, so fundiert wie nötig.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in UX\-Konzeption, UX Architecture, Product Design oder Service Design – idealerweise in Agentur\-, Beratungs\- oder komplexen B2B\-/Enterprise\-Kontexten.
  • Ein starkes Portfolio mit 2–3 Case Studies, die zeigen, wie du komplexe Anforderungen in überzeugende digitale Konzepte übersetzt hast.
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Informationsarchitektur, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, Workshop\-Moderation und Stakeholder\-Kommunikation.
  • Erfahrung mit User Research und Validierungsmethoden – pragmatisch genug fürs Projektgeschäft, fundiert genug für belastbare Entscheidungen.
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für Webtechnologien, CMS\-/Commerce\-/Portal\-Lösungen, Schnittstellen und agile Entwicklungsprozesse.
  • Du nutzt moderne Tools – inklusive AI – reflektiert zur Beschleunigung von Research\-Synthese, Variantenbildung, Prototyping und Dokumentation, ohne dabei Nutzerkontext, Qualität und kritische Bewertung aus der Hand zu geben.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- (C1\) und Englischkenntnisse (B2\)
