Chaque année, l'IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen accompagne 20'000 créateurs/trices d'entreprise dans toute la Suisse sur le chemin de leur propre société, et bien au\-delà. Pionnier et leader de son secteur, l'IFJ propose les services les plus utilisés de Suisse en matière de création et de développement d'entreprise. Avec nos services, nos outils, nos cours, nos événements et un conseil complet, nous accompagnons, en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires reconnus, des personnes dans toute la Suisse avant, pendant et après la création de leur entreprise.

Notre équipe Education Programs est jeune, chaleureuse et adore quand les choses avancent. Nous organisons des programmes d'encouragement et du coaching, des cours, des webinaires et des événements. Nous accompagnons ainsi chaque année plusieurs milliers de personnes sur leur parcours entrepreneurial. Si tu as envie de faire partie de notre équipe, nous avons quelque chose pour toi :

Au cœur de ton activité :

  • Tu examines le concept sommaire déposé, mènes les entretiens avec les porteurs/euses de projet et évalues l'idée d'affaires selon des critères définis
  • Tu consignes ton appréciation par écrit et formules une recommandation compréhensible à l'attention de la personne assurée et du service cantonal
  • Tu défends ton évaluation lors de l'entretien tripartite et clarifies les prochaines étapes
  • Tu soutiens toute l'équipe coaching en gérant la boîte mail Coaching, la coordination des rendez\-vous ainsi que le suivi des décisions et des documents des personnes coachées
  • Tu pilotes les délais et les dossiers en Valais de manière autonome et tu es l'interlocutrice ou l'interlocuteur fiable de nos contacts dans le canton

Tu es une personne ouverte et communicative, et tu apportes :

  • Le français comme langue maternelle et un très bon allemand à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • De la passion pour les thèmes liés à la création d'entreprise et le plaisir d'accompagner des personnes à un tournant de leur vie
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle et une aisance certaine face aux autorités
  • Un diplôme de niveau ES/HES ou une expérience équivalente, ainsi qu'une compréhension des enjeux économiques
  • Un sens marqué de l'organisation : tu travailles de façon autonome et vas chercher activement ce qui te manque
  • La capacité d'évaluer de manière structurée et de motiver une appréciation avec objectivité
  • Fiabilité, esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités sont pour nous une évidence
