Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Teamführung: Disziplinarische und organisatorische Führung des Bereichs sowie Führung des unterstellten crossfunktionalen Teams bestehend aus Team Lead, Projektleitenden, Business Analysten und Application Managern.
  • Ergebnis- & Budgetverantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für den Value Stream in Bezug auf Ergebnis, Stabilität und Governance.
  • Schnittstellen- & Stakeholder-Management: Kontinuierliche Pflege strategischer Kundenbeziehungen und Durchführung regelmässiger Service Reviews zur Beurteilung von Servicequalität und SLA-Einhaltung.
  • Unterstützung der laufenden Transformation: Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsweisen innerhalb des eigenen Bereichs, inklusive Mitgestaltung künftiger Anpassungen.
  • Steuerung & Priorisierung: Auflösung von Zielkonflikten zwischen Geschäftswert, Projektlieferung und IT-Technik; Verantwortlich für die Priorisierung innerhalb des Value Streams sowie die Ressourcenkapazitäten für die Erfüllung der strategischen Ziele.
  • Risikomanagement & Transparenz: Proaktives Monitoring relevanter Betriebskennzahlen sowie Sicherstellung von Transparenz über Risiken und Abhängigkeiten gegenüber dem Portfolio-Gremium.

Ihr Profil

  • Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in Linien-, Bereichs- oder Abteilungsverantwortung mit echter Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Sie bringen ein belastbares technisches Grundverständnis mit, das es Ihnen erlaubt, die Richtung technischer Entscheide auch ohne vertiefte Detailkenntnis eigenständig einzuschätzen, ohne dabei auf die Einschätzung Dritter angewiesen zu sein.
  • Methodenkompetenz: Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit SAFe, Erfahrung auf Ebene Agile Release Train von Vorteil.
  • Stakeholder-Kompetenz: Erprobte Erfahrung im Umgang mit C-Level-Stakeholdern und externen Partnern, idealerweise im Umfeld der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder ähnlich komplexen Matrixorganisationen.
  • Entscheidungs- & Konfliktstärke: Hohe Verhandlungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Unsicherheit klare Priorisierungsentscheide (z. B. Systemstabilität vs. Projekt-Lieferung) zu treffen.
  • Fachlicher Hintergrund: Starkes systemisches Denken mit einem fundierten Verständnis von moderner IT-Architektur, IT-Betriebsprozessen und Reorganisationsprojekten. Detailkenntnisse der spezifischen Fachdomäne sind nicht zwingend, eine rasche Auffassungsgabe wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
