Dans le cadre d'une nouvelle mesure d'insertion avec la DGEJ, DÉMARCHE recherche pour son nouveau projet Avec Toît basé à Clarens, deux \\Veilleur\\-se\\-s sociaux,\\ \\CDI 10% les dimanches et sur appel\\ Le projet consiste à offrir un soutien individualisé à une dizaine de jeunes adultes d'environ 18 ans et une solution d'hébergement temporaire dans notre résidence à Clarens en attendant de trouver un logement.
