Votre domaine d-activité

Votre devise est de faire : vous êtes en grande partie responsable de faire de HGC la référence numéro un dans le domaine de l-enveloppe du bâtiment & bois. Pour y parvenir, vous disposez d-une grande liberté d-action que vous savez utiliser en tant que connaisseur du secteur et acteur. Des collègues compétents et motivés au service interne et en gestion de catégorie élaborent avec vous les meilleures solutions pour nos clients exigeants dans la région bilingue de Bienne et du Jura bernois. Vous entretenez et développez votre réseau, facilitez et rendez efficace le travail pour les clients existants et gagnez de nouveaux clients grâce à des solutions innovantes. Outre vos compétences, la dynamique de HGC vous aide à offrir une véritable valeur ajoutée. Bien entendu, les outils les plus modernes sont à votre disposition pour atteindre vos objectifs.

Votre profil

Si la confiance, le changement et la responsabilité sont importants pour vous personnellement et que vous souhaitez faire évoluer le secteur de la construction, alors vous partagez des valeurs essentielles avec HGC. Vous aimez célébrer les succès et convaincre les autres par votre personnalité, compétence et intégrité. Vous savez développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente avec succès et recherchez maintenant un nouveau défi passionnant dans un environnement d-acteurs. Vous disposez idéalement d-une formation achevée de charpentier, menuisier ou couvreur avec une expérience professionnelle correspondante et pouvez déjà justifier de plusieurs années d-expérience dans la vente. La communication en allemand et en français vous est facile. De bonnes connaissances en informatique (MS Office, ERP, CRM) sont pour vous une évidence. Résider dans la région de vente est un grand avantage.
