Le poste

En tant que vendeur/vendeuse et futur·e Tea Sommelier, vous êtes la carte de visite de notre boutique au cœur de Lausanne. Vous faites découvrir l'univers du thé à notre clientèle, la conseillez avec expertise et lui offrez une expérience d'achat unique.

Pas à pas, vous devenez un·e véritable Tea Sommelier et alliez la vente à une expertise solide et à une réelle passion pour les produits d'exception.

Vos missions

  • Acquérir de solides connaissances sur le thé et développer votre expertise en continu
  • Accueillir notre clientèle comme des hôtes privilégiés et créer une atmosphère chaleureuse
  • Conseiller de manière personnalisée, compétente et avec enthousiasme
  • Partager activement votre passion pour le thé et sa diversité avec la clientèle
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente
  • Développer la relation client et favoriser la fidélisation sur le long terme
  • Garantir une présentation soignée de la boutique (mise en valeur des produits, ordre, propreté)
  • Assurer les tâches opérationnelles du quotidien : caisse, gestion des stocks, réception des livraisons, ouverture et fermeture de la boutique

Votre profil

  • Une première expérience dans la vente, idéalement dans le secteur premium ou de l'épicerie fine
  • Un sens aigu du service client et le plaisir du contact humain
  • Un intérêt pour la gastronomie, les produits de dégustation et en particulier le thé
  • Une personnalité avenante, ouverte et dynamique
  • L'esprit d'équipe, ainsi qu'une manière de travailler autonome et structurée

Votre parcours vers le métier de Tea Sommelier

Le rôle de Tea Sommelier a été façonné par Palais des Thés et incarne un conseil expert et passionné.

Au cours de votre première année, vous suivez une formation complète à l'« École du Thé », notre école interne, ainsi qu'une formation pratique en boutique. Cette formation mène au certificat de Tea Sommelier. Une fois celui-ci obtenu, de nouvelles perspectives d'évolution s'offrent à vous.
