Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du bist für die Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung der Gebäude und der Umgebung verantwortlich und bist jemand mit einer "Hands on" Mentalität
  • Du unterstützt den Hausdienst bei allen technischen, elektrischen und sanitären Arbeiten
  • Bei Umzügen und Wohnungsabnahmen hilfst du bei der reibungslosen Organisation mit
  • Du gewährleistest jederzeit die Alarmorganisation und Sicherheit im ganzen Haus
  • Einholen von Offerten sowie Prüfung, Koordination und Überwachung von Aufträgen an Drittfirmen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Übungen für Mitarbeitende in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz
  • Du bist für die Ausbildung eines Lernenden zuständig
  • Effiziente, fachgerechte Organisation der Abläufe im Betriebsunterhalt
  • Anleitung und Kontrolle des Mitarbeitenden des Bereiches
  • Führen der Personaleinsatzplanung und Zeiterfassung des Bereichs Betriebsunterhalt
  • Pikettdienste innerhalb der Region

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Hauswart
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Pikettbereitschaft
  • Gutes Gespür für ältere Menschen
  • Zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Diplomatie, Diskretion
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
