Verantwortliche/n Stewards Organisation / 60% \- 80% ====================================================

In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion unterstützt du den Leiter Sicherheit \& Spielbetrieb sowie das gesamte Team in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich des stadioneigenen Sicherheitsdienstes (Stewards). Du übernimmst dabei eine zentrale in der Koordination und Betreuung der Stewards\-Organisation. Zusätzlich unterstützt du die Bereiche Infrastruktur und Spielbetrieb und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Bereich Sicherheit \& Spielbetrieb.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Datenbank SynComNet
  • Rekrutierung sowie Abwicklung der Ein\- und Austritte der Stewards
  • Planung und Koordination von Stadiondiensten und externen Events, beispielsweise Einsätze in anderen Stadien oder bei Konzerten
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Einführung neuer Stewards in ihre jeweiligen Aufgabenbereiche
  • Verwaltung der Uniformen sowie Betreuung der entsprechenden Logistik
  • Erstellung von Monatsabrechnungen, Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Schnittstelle zur Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Koordination des VIP\-Bereichs im Hinblick auf Sicherheitsaspekte
  • Organisation und Betreuung der Ballkids inklusive Einsatzplanung und Ausstattung
  • Ansprechperson für Anliegen von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Übernahme verschiedener administrativer Tätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • 5 – 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Eventbereich oder in sicherheitsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und diskrete Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Innovative Persönlichkeit mit Flair für Digitalisierung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten an Heimspielen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und offene sowie lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch, und Englisch von Vorteil
