Mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden bewirtschaftet und unterhält die Max Pfister Baubüro AG rund 1'400 eigene Mietwohnungen sowie verschiedene Gewerbeeinheiten in der Region St. Gallen. Eine hohe eigene Wertschöpfungstiefe und kurze Entscheidungswege prägen das Unternehmen.

Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir eine fachlich versierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als

Verantwortliche/r Finanz\- \& Rechnungswesen

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen. Sie führen die Hauptbuchhaltung, erstellen den Jahresabschluss und verantworten Liquiditätsplanung, Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle. Weiter kümmern Sie sich um steuerliche Themen inklusive MWST und Verrechnungssteuer, die Administration der Hypotheken sowie die finanzielle Abwicklung von Bau\- und Sanierungsprojekten. Bei Abwesenheiten übernehmen Sie zudem die Stellvertretung in der Mieterbuchhaltung.

Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Finanzfragen sorgen Sie für Transparenz und verlässliche Ent\-scheidungsgrundlagen und arbeiten eng mit der Unternehmensführung, der Immobilienbewirtschaftung sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine höhere Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (eidg. Fachausweis/Diplom, FH oder vergleichbar). Sie bringen fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit, sind abschlusssicher und arbeiten gerne hands\-on. Erfahrung im Immobilienumfeld sowie Kenntnisse von Abacus sind von Vorteil.

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Selbständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Sie sind bodenständig, integer und schätzen die kurzen Wege und die langfristige Ausrichtung eines Schweizer Familienunternehmens.
