Verantwortliche/r Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen

In dieser operativen Funktion führen Sie das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen professionell mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung. Die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Hauptbuch, Kreditoren, Debitoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung sind Ihre Kernaufgaben. Sie erstellen Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER sowie nach kantonalen und institutionsspezifischen Vorgaben. Sie stellen die korrekte Verbuchung und Abstimmung der Konten sicher, erstellen die Liquiditätsplanung und wirken bei Kostenrechnung sowie Controlling mit. Zudem erstellen Sie Beitragsabrechnungen, Leistungsnachweise und finanzrelevante Reportings gegenüber Behörden und arbeiten eng mit Administration, Personal, Bereichsleitungen sowie externen Stellen zusammen. Sie bereiten Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Leitung Services und Betriebe auf und koordinieren den Jahresbudgetprozess. Sie entwickeln und betreiben das Führungs\-Cockpit mit relevanten Führungskennzahlen und wirken bei der strategischen Finanzplanung mit. Die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, IKS und digitalen Abläufen sowie das Versicherungsmanagement ergänzen Ihr Aufgabengebiet.

Für diese Aufgabe verfügen Sie über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH/HF oder beispielsweise einen Fachausweis Rechnungswesen. Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Swiss GAAP FER mit. Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Produkte, insbesondere Excel, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Abacus oder einem vergleichbaren ERP\-System runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.
