Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Debitoren, Kreditoren, Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie MwSt\-Abrechnungen
  • Abwicklung von Spesen und weiteren administrativen Finanzthemen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung unseres neuen ERP\-Systems im Finanzbereich
  • Selbstständige Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Vorbereitung der Lohnläufe sowie Betreuung von Sozialversicherungen und Pensionskasse
  • Pflege der Personaldossiers, Zeit\- und Feriensaldi
  • Unterstützung bei Recruiting und Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Veranstaltungen und internen Anliegen
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen Projekten und Stellvertretungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in Finanzen, HR\-Administration oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Finanz\- und Personaladministration
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\- und Buchhaltungssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Exakte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
