Das erfolgreiche KMU realisiert seit vielen Jahren anspruchsvolle Projekte im Garten- und Landschaftsbau und verfolgt einen gesunden, nachhaltigen Wachstumskurs. Dabei bilden die langjährige Erfahrung sowie das Fachwissen eines dynamischen, vielseitigen und engagierten Teams die Grundlage für den gemeinsamen Erfolg.

Zur Verstärkung der Administration suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte, umgängliche und exakt arbeitende Persönlichkeit als-

Verantwortliche/r Finanzbuchhaltung/HR-Administration 80% - damit nicht nur Gärten, sondern auch Zahlen aufblühen. #

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Haupt- und Nebenbücher sowie selbständige Durchführung der Abschlussarbeiten mit SORBA
  • Erstellung und Einreichung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Revisionen sowie Ansprechperson für den externen Treuhänder
  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration (ohne Lohnverarbeitung), einschliesslich Ein- und Austritten, Vertragswesen, Stammdatenpflege, Arbeitszeugnissen sowie Onboarding
  • Teilweise Betreuung der Telefonzentrale inklusive Erteilung von Auskünften und Weiterleitung eingehender Anrufe an die zuständigen Fachpersonen
  • Ansprechperson für versicherungstechnische Belange sowie administrative Betreuung des unternehmensinternen Fahrzeugpools (u. a. Leasingverträge und Fahrzeugadministration)

Ihr Profil: 

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Personaladministration
  • Bilanz- und Abschlusssicherheit sowie eine selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Berufserfahrung in einem handwerklichen oder baunahen KMU ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit der Branchensoftware SORBA ist von Vorteil
  • Exakte, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässige, teamorientierte und diskrete Persönlichkeit mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, Neues zu lernen
