Verantwortliche/r Finanzbuchhaltung / Senior Accountant \| ----------------------------------------------------------

60 % \| Hochdorf LUIn dieser stellst du die korrekte Buchführung der talsee AG und der talsee Holding AG sicher und spielst eine Schlüsselfunktion bei der Erstellung unserer Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung der Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER – inklusive Kontenabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen und Intercompany\-Abstimmungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Konzernrechnung sowie Aufbereitung der Abschlüsse für Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat
  • Verantwortung des IKS\-Prozesses im Rechnungswesen inklusive Sicherstellung der Durchführung und Dokumentation der definierten Kontrollen
  • Fristgerechte Erstellung der MWST\-Abrechnungen (Schweiz und Deutschland) sowie Führung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung der Liquidität, Kontrolle der Kreditorenzahlungen und fachliche Koordination der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Aktive Begleitung der ordentlichen Revision als primäre Ansprechperson für die Revisionsstelle
  • Unterstützung des Leiters Finanzen \& Services bei Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung der Finanz\- und ERP\-Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung beim jährlichen Budgetierungsprozess

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und in der selbstständigen Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Schweizer MwSt sowie Kenntnisse in der Deutschen MwSt
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP\- und Finanzsystemen sowie fortgeschrittene MS\-Excel\- Kenntnisse
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
