Die Gebr. Mengis AG in Luzern ist eine familiengeführte Unternehmensgruppe mit Schwerpunkt Spezialtiefbau (Kernbohrungen, Erdwärmesonden, Filterbrunnen) mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden. Zur Gruppe gehören neben der Gebr. Mengis AG die M\&E Technik AG und die RHPM Assets AG. Fachkompetenz, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine langjährige Marktpräsenz zeichnen das Unternehmen aus. In ihrem Auftrag suchen wir Sie als

E*rfahrene Finanzfachperson*(60 \- 80 %) – mit der Option, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung zu werden

Sie verantworten das gesamte Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen für drei Gesellschaften der Gruppe – von der Buchhaltung über die Jahresabschlüsse nach OR inkl. Konsolidierung bis zu Budget und Reporting. Zudem sind Sie IT\-Ansprechperson und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR für das Payroll zuständig. Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit der Geschäftsleitung, informieren sie proaktiv über finanzielle Führungskennzahlen und entwickeln das KPI\-System weiter.

Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen inklusiv Abschlusssicherheit nach OR mit, idealerweise mit Konsolidierungskenntnissen. Dazu verfügen Sie über die entsprechende Aus\- und Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis Buchhaltung oder Treuhand, Expert:in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, Betriebsökonom:in HF/FH, o.ä. Sie sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die proaktiv Daten und Fakten bereitstellt. Dabei arbeiten Sie eigenständig und sind gleichzeitig offen für einen direkten Austausch. Sie bewegen sich unkompliziert in einem bodenständigen Umfeld, bringen Ihre IT\-Affinität ein und handeln unternehmerisch sowie lösungsorientiert.
