Mit VARA\-Business bauen wir einen strategischen Geschäftsbereich für moderne Trinkwasserlösungen in Unternehmen und Institutionen auf. Unsere modularen Systeme liefern je nach Bedarf gefiltertes, gekühltes, sprudelndes oder heisses Wasser. Für den konsequenten Marktausbau suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende, technisch versierte und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit.

Welches Aufgabengebiet erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Den Geschäftsbereich VARA\-Business in der Deutschschweiz aufbauen und den Umsatz nachhaltig entwickeln
  • Neue B2B\-Kunden gewinnen, insbesondere Unternehmen, öffentliche Institutionen, Schulen, Gastronomie, Hotellerie und Grossküchen
  • Kunden technisch und kommerziell beraten, vom Bedarf über die Offerte bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Kundenprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern koordinieren
  • Produktdemonstrationen, Schulungen, Kundenanlässe und Messeauftritte planen und durchführen
  • Markt\- und Kundeninformationen systematisch erfassen sowie CRM und Verkaufsreportings sicherstellen
  • Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung des Angebots, der Vertriebskanäle und der Serviceleistungen einbringen

Was wir uns in fachlicher Hinsicht von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im B2B\-Aussendienst, Business Development oder Projektverkauf
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Trinkwassersystemen, Küchentechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Gastronomie oder Facility Management
  • Freude an Akquisition, Marktentwicklung und dem Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch oder Schweizerdeutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM\-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit
