Für die Senevita Erlenmatt in Basel suchen wir per 01\. August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst Abklärungsgespräche und bist verantwortlich für die korrekten Bedarfsabklärungen
  • Gemeinsam bestrebst du mit deinem eingespielten Team die best mögliche Pflegequalität und stellst so die Zufriedenheit unserer Bewonenden sicher
  • Du gehst jeden Tag mit gutem Beispiel voran, motivierst deinTeam und schafftst so eine familiäre Atmosphäre
  • Basierend auf dem Pflegekonzept koordinierst und organisierst du die tägliche Pflege

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege bzw. im Spitexbereich
  • Du hast ein Flair im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Du hast Interesse an der Pflegeentwicklung und trägst dazu bei die Pflegequalität zu verbessern
  • Du bist eine offene und Loyale Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit anpackt
