Suchst Du eine Herausforderung im Umfeld von Kultur, Politik und Verwaltung? Willst Du etwas bewegen und einen gesellschaftlichen Beitrag zur Förderung der Kultur im Kanton Zürich leisten? Dann bist Du richtig bei uns. Die Fachstelle Kultur legt die strategische Ausrichtung der Kulturförderung fest und setzt die Kulturpolitik des Regierungsrates um. Sie fördert das zeitgenössische Kulturschaffen in verschiedenen Sparten, unterstützt Projekte und Institutionen, vergibt Preise und Auszeichnungen und unterstützt Gemeinden bei ihren Kulturprogrammen. Mit diesen Tätigkeiten leistet die Fachstelle Kultur einen Beitrag zu einem vielfältigen kulturellen Leben im Kanton Zürich. Auf den 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine Person, die mit Engagement und Durchsetzungskraft kulturpolitische Projekte umsetzt und vorantreibt sowie die kulturpolitische Kommunikation verantwortet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von kulturpolitischen Fragestellungen und Projekten, wie beispielsweise die Beantwortung von Anfragen und Postulaten, im Austausch mit Kulturinstitutionen, Verwaltung und Politik.
  • Verantwortung für die kulturpolitische Kommunikation der Fachstelle Kultur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung.
  • Koordination und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Schwerpunkte des Kulturleitbilds.
  • Verantwortung für die strategische Kommunikation der Fachstelle Kultur
  • Mitarbeit in der Geschäftsleitung
  • Vertretung des Kantons in Gremien

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der politischen Kommunikation sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von kulturpolitischen Projekten und strategischen Vorhaben. Kenntnisse der Schweizer Kulturförderung und der kulturpolitischen Akteur:innen sowie ein gutes Verständnis des professionellen Kulturschaffens im Kanton Zürich.
  • Erfahrene:r Kommunikator:in, mit einem Gespür für relevante Themen und Zielgruppen sowie der Fähigkeit, Inhalte selbstständig zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Selbständige, initiative und integrative Persönlichkeit, die gerne projektbezogen im Team und mit hoher Eigeninitiative arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zusammenbringt.
