Als zentrale Drehscheibe unseres Betriebs sorgen Sie dafür, dass unser Tagesgeschäft reibungslos funktioniert. Sie koordinieren Menschen, Informationen und Ressourcen, setzen Prioritäten und sorgen gemeinsam mit unserem Team für einen professionellen Ablauf.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Planung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Zentrale Koordination zwischen Küche, Eventmanagement, HR, Logistik und weiteren Bereichen
  • Priorisieren, koordinieren und sicherstellen, dass Aufgaben zuverlässig umgesetzt werden
  • Verantwortung für Lager, Warenfluss und Logistik
  • Planung und Führung der Logistikmitarbeitenden
  • Präsenz im Tagesgeschäft und aktives Eingreifen, wenn es die Situation erfordert
  • Erkennen von Engpässen und selbstständiges Finden von Lösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Gastronomie
  • Weiterbildung an einer Höheren Fachschule, idealerweise in Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Hospitality oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen operativen Umfeld
  • Sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, auch bei hoher Belastung den Überblick zu behalten
  • Hohe Präsenz, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Dinge voranzutreiben
  • Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und wertschätzender Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
  • Kommunikative, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Motivation, Gourmetbox gemeinsam mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
