Ihre Verantwortung

  • Als Verantwortliche/r der Kommunikation zur digitalen Transformation sind Sie zuständig für die interne und externe Kommunikation rund um die digitale Transformation der Verwaltung. Sie bereiten komplexe Themen verständlich auf und vermitteln diese zielgruppengerecht an Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie an die Öffentlichkeit.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Kommunikationskanäle des Kantons sowie das Monitoring der Social\-Media\-Kanäle.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an der Entwicklung eines KI\-Web\-Assistenten für die Internetseite des Kantons und betreuen diesen inhaltlich im Betrieb als RAG\-Content\-Manager/in. Zudem sind Sie für das Monitoring der Nutzer/innen\-Interaktionen zuständig.
  • Sie beraten die Projektleitungen von Digitalisierungsprojekten des Kantons in Kommunikationsfragen, berichten regelmässig über den Stand der verschiedenen Projekte und stellen entsprechende Kommunikationsmittel zur Verfügung.

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Für diese Aufgaben bringen Sie eine Kommunikationsausbildung auf Stufe Master oder eine andere fachspezifische Ausbildung mit.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Content\-Optimierung für KI\-Anwendungen (z. B. RAG\-Systeme, Chatbots) mit und wissen, wie Texte formuliert und strukturiert sein müssen, damit diese von KI\-Tools zuverlässig genutzt werden können.
  • Für die Berichterstattung über die digitalen Projekte des Kantons verfügen Sie über eine gewandte, stilsichere Schreibweise auf Deutsch, angepasst an die Anforderungen von Online\-Medien und UX\-Writing.
  • Sie sind eine Persönlichkeit, die Aufgaben aktiv anpackt und gerne sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team arbeitet.
  • Es macht Ihnen Spass, viele Beteiligte zu koordinieren und für die digitalen Kommunikationskanäle zu begeistern.

Die Landeskanzlei gehört zu den Besonderen Behörden des Kantons Basel\-Landschaft. Sie ist die Stabstelle von Landrat und Regierungsrat und wird von der Landschreiberin geleitet. Zusammen mit ihren rund 45 Mitarbeitenden unterstützt sie Parlament, Kommissionen und Regierung bei ihrer Arbeit, insbesondere bei der Organisation sowie der Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Sitzungen. Sie plant und organisiert die kantonalen und Abstimmungen und führt die chronologische und systematische Gesetzessammlung nach.
