Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), die technische Herausforderungen nicht scheut und Freude daran hat, Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung zu begleiten. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in anspruchsvollen Gebäudetechnikprojekten und bringen dabei Technik, Termine, Kosten und unterschiedliche Projektbeteiligte zusammen. Eine Position für jemanden, der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und nicht nur verwaltet, sondern aktiv mitgestaltet.

Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Gebäudetechnikprojekte
  • Planung und Koordination von HLKS-Anlagen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Konzepte
  • Begleitung der Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Koordination von Bauherrschaften, Architekten, Fachplanern und Unternehmern
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, technischen Unterlagen und Projektberichten
  • Durchführung von Projekt- und Koordinationssitzungen
  • Technische Beratung der Kunden und Projektpartner
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Planungs- und BIM-Prozesse

Anforderungen ###

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HLKS oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF oder Ingenieur FH von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung von Gebäudetechnikprojekten
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit HLKS-Anlagen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Projektpartnern
  • Freude an anspruchsvollen Projekten und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
