Ihr Einsatzort

Sie betreuen die Deutsch\- und Westschweiz vom Jura bis zum Wallis gleichermassen – eigenverantwortlich aus dem Home\-Office und mit hohem Aussendienstanteil nahe bei Ihren Kunden. Ihr Wohnort liegt idealerweise im Grossraum Bern.

Ihre Rolle

Wir machen Sie startklar: In einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie ein bestehendes Kundennetzwerk mit starken Referenzen und bauen es zu Ihrem eigenen aus. Sie erkennen, was Ihre Kunden wirklich brauchen, beraten lösungsorientiert und steuern den Verkaufsprozess souverän bis zum Abschluss. Kurze Wege, offene Türen und ein starkes Team im Rücken halten Ihnen den Rücken frei für das, was zählt: Ihre Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie beraten auf Augenhöhe, erkennen Potenziale und entwickeln abgestimmte Verkaufsstrategien.
  • Sie führen Verkaufsgespräche, verhandeln Verträge und verantworten Ihr Budget.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Produkt\- und Servicemanagern zusammen.
  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln Ihren Kundenstamm im Fachbereich Feuerwehr.
  • Sie erarbeiten massgeschneiderte Offerten. Diese lassen Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial Management erstellen.

Ihr Profil

  • Aktiver Feuerwehrangehöriger idealerweise als Offizier oder Instruktor – Atemschutz\-Know\-how ist ein Plus.
  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung (z.B. Technischer Kaufmann, Verkaufsfachmann usw.).
  • Mehrjährige Verkaufs\-Aussendiensterfahrung werden bevorzugt.
  • Unternehmerische, selbständige Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Französisch (Bilingue) sind zwingende Voraussetzungen.
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und Bereitschaft zu Sondereinsätzen.
