Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine kommunikative und technikaffine Persönlichkeit, die Freude am Verkauf und am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen hat. In dieser Position stehen Sie den Kundinnen und Kunden beratend zur Seite, finden passende Telekommunikationslösungen und sorgen mit Ihrem Fachwissen für ein rundum gelungenes Einkaufserlebnis.

Verkäufer Telekom (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden zu Mobilfunkabos, Smartphones, Zubehör und digitalen Produkten
  • Erkennen individueller Bedürfnisse und Erarbeiten geeigneter Lösungen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei Gerätewechseln, Inbetriebnahmen und weiteren Serviceanliegen
  • Kompetente Beantwortung technischer Fragen und Unterstützung bei der Anwendung digitaler Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung einer gepflegten und kundenfreundlichen Verkaufsfläche
  • Mitarbeit bei Lagerbewirtschaftung, Warenkontrolle und Inventuren
  • Erledigung verschiedener administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Verkaufs- und Serviceziele

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise im Telekommunikations-, Elektronik- oder Multimediaumfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Smartphones, Technik und digitalen Trends
  • Freude an Beratung, Verkauf und aktivem Kundenkontakt
  • Sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf an verschiedenen Standorten eingesetzt zu werden
