Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Leiter Verkauf Innendienst (w/m) 100%. Nutze deine Chance, bewirb dich.

Auf dich wartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen und familiären Umfeld. Du führst den Verkauf Innendienst, arbeitest im Tagesgeschäft operativ mit und koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe effizient. Ob Kundenanfrage, Angebot oder Auftrag – du stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse kundenorientiert, verbindlich und in bester Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Dein Profil • Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ mit höherer Berufsbildung als Aussenhandelsfachmann von grossem Vorteil • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Support inklusive Auftragsabwicklung • Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung auf Ebene Teamleiter • Sehr gute MS Office und ERP-System Kenntnisse • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch im Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) • Exakte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit serviceorientiertem Denken

Deine Aufgaben • Leitung des Verkauf Innendienst Teams • Koordination der Produktionsaufträge mit Produktionsplanung und Abklärung der Liefertermine • Vollumfängliche Auftragsabwicklung, inklusive Rahmenaufträge • Disposition der Produktionsaufträge für Lagerware • Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für diverse Kunden sowie Distributoren weltweit • Kunden-Anfragen bearbeiten/weiterleiten sowie Offerten erstellen und nachfassen • Export & Versand von Sendungen • Beanstandungen (Claims) und Retouren (RMA) bearbeiten • Datenerfassung und -pflege im ERP- und CRM-System • Unterstützung im Mahnwesen und bei Sales-Projekten
