Was du bei uns bewegen kannst -----------------------------

  • Willkommensprofi:Du sorgst für eine freundliche Atmosphäre im Showroom und empfängst die Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort sowie telefonisch mit viel Empathie und Herzblut
  • Organisation ist deine Pole Position:Du liebst es, wenn alles rundläuft und sorgst mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise für Ordnung im Tagesgeschäft. Du eröffnest und bereitest Werkstattaufträge vor, nimmst Neu- und Occasionsfahrzeuge auf und unterstützt unsere Serviceberater/-in bei der Kundenbetreuung.
  • Zahlen und Prozesse sind dein Fahrplan:Mit einem Auge fürs Detail führst du selbstständig das Kassenbuch, erstellst Fakturen, Gutschriften und Retouren und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Dispute Management. Auch bei der Planung interner Aufträge für den Verkauf behältst du jederzeit den Überblick.
  • Teamwork liegt dir im Blut: Du unterstützt das Team in der Verkaufsassistenz, übernimmst Transport- und Shuttle-Dienste und führst bei Bedarf auch Kundenfahrzeuge vor. Wenn's drauf ankommt, bist du da und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
  • Qualität ist dein Anspruch: Du führst Qualitätskontrollen an angelieferten Neu- und Occasionsfahrzeugen durch und stellst sicher, dass jedes Fahrzeug unseren hohen Standards entspricht. Präzision und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich dabei aus

  • Fachausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Kundenkontakt-Liebhaber/-in:Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, bist umgänglich und zeigst ein gastfreundliches sowie positives Auftreten.
  • Digital-Profi: Du bist vertraut mit digitalen Prozessen und virtueller Zusammenarbeit und weisst, wie man moderne IT-Tools effektiv einsetzt.
  • Stärke-Zeiger/-in:Du bist widerstandsfähig, gehst positiv mit Belastungen um und behältst immer einen positiven Mindset. Dank der richtigen Mischung aus Begeisterung für den Verkauf und deiner Eigenschaft einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren, schaffst du für Kunden eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
