DEINE AUFGABEN • Direkte Unterstützung des Verkaufsleiters im Tagesgeschäft • Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams sowie Projektmitarbeit • Aktive Leadgenerierung sowie Erstakquise von möglichen Neukunden • Kompetente technische und kaufmännische Kundenberatung inklusive technischer Abklärungen mit internen und externen Fachstellen • Selbständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Offerten, Koordination mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie Nachfassen bei Kunden • Erstellung von Termin-, Umsatz und Kundenstatistiken • Planung, Organisation und Teilnahme an Messen inklusive Budgetverwaltung • Mithilfe bei der Einführung neuer Verkaufsmitarbeitenden

DEIN PROFIL • Elektrotechnische Grundausbildung (z.B. Elektroinstallateur, Automatiker, oder vergleichbar) und kaufmännische Weiterbildung (z.B. technischer Kaufmann) • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion (idealerweise im technischen Umfeld) von Vorteil • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Elektrotechnik bzw. Energiemesstechnik • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie an der aktiven Akquise und Terminvereinbarung • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und OneNote) • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
