Das erwartet dich bei uns

* Proaktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit KundInnen sowie Interessierten: Einladung zum Hörtest, Terminvereinbarung und \-Erinnerung sowie wertschätzendes Nachfassen.

* Aktive Beratung und Betreuung von KundInnen sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen.

* Selbständige Kassenführung und zuverlässige Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben.

* Planung und Pflege des Terminkalenders (Erstellen, Verschieben, Bestätigen, Nachfassen).

* Korrespondenz mit KundInnen, ORL\-Praxen, Sozialversicherungen und Lieferanten.

* Reinigung und Funktionskontrolle von Hörgeräten; Durchführung kleiner Services inkl. Kleinreparaturen.

* Beratung und Verkauf von passenden Zusatzprodukten.

* Gelegentliche Durchführung von Hörtests und Ohrabformungen.

* Unterstützung der Hörakustiker\*innen bei Jahresservices und Hörgerätekontrollen.

* Bewirtschaftung des Lagers inkl. Bestellungen, Warenannahme und Kontrolle.

Das bringst du mit

* Idealerweise Verkaufserfahrung und Beratungskompetenz im Retail / Detailhandel, \*frau EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Einfühlungsvermögen.

* Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Interesse an elektronischen Produkten und einer hohen IT\-Affinität.

* Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung.

* Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch.
