Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kund im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Aktive Gewinnung neuer Bau-, Handwerks- und Gewerbekund:innen
  • Beratung zu Baustoffen, Systemlösungen und anwendungstechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Regelmässige Besuche auf Baustellen sowie bei Bauunternehmen und Fachbetrieben
  • Erkennen von Verkaufschancen bei Neubau-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten gemeinsam mit dem Innendienst
  • Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Unternehmer, Bauleitenden, Einkäufer und Fachpersonen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Produktmanagement und internen Spezialist

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Maurer, Gipser, Sanitärinstallateur, Heizungsinstallateur, Plattenleger, Baupraktiker oder vergleichbar
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussendienst, Verkauf, Kundenservice oder in einer beratenden Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bau- und Handwerksbranche
  • Freude daran, technische Produkte praxisnah und verständlich zu erklären
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Interesse an aktiver Neukundengewinnung
  • Bodenständige, kommunikative und verbindliche Persönlichkeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
