Zur Verstärkung des deutschen Marktes suchen wir im exklusiven Mandatsauftrag per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Norddeutschland zu ihrem Markt macht.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Verkaufsgebiet Norddeutschland und bist dort das Gesicht von Montana. Deinen bestehenden Kundenstamm betreust du persönlich und mit dem Anspruch, aus guten Geschäftsbeziehungen langfristige Partnerschaften zu machen. Gleichzeitig gehst du aktiv auf neue Kunden zu und erschliesst zusätzliche Marktpotenziale. Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner begleitest du Architekten, Bauherren und Fachplaner bei ihren Projekten, berätst sie rund um die technischen Möglichkeiten und führst Projekte vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Verkaufsabschluss. Dein Verkaufsgebiet organisierst du weitgehend eigenständig: Du setzt Prioritäten, planst deine Kundenbesuche und behältst laufende Projekte sowie Verkaufschancen im Blick. Bei Offerten und administrativen Aufgaben unterstützt dich dein Team im Innendienst, während du dich auf den Markt und deine Kunden konzentrieren kannst. Darüber hinaus repräsentierst du Montana bei Veranstaltungen und baust dein Netzwerk in der Region kontinuierlich aus

Dein Profil

Du bist Verkäufer aus Überzeugung, denkst unternehmerisch und verstehst es, technische Kompetenz mit einem guten Gespür für Menschen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu verbinden.

  • Bautechnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer technischer Hintergrund 
  • Erfahrung im technischen Aussendienst, idealerweise im Bauumfeld 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Architekten, Planern und weiteren Entscheidungsträgern 
  • Freude an langfristiger Kundenbetreuung und aktiver Neukundenakquise 
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick 
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise 
  • Gewinnendes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung 
  • Wohnort idealerweise innerhalb des Verkaufsgebietes Norddeutschland
