Für die Region Zentralschweiz suchen wir eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken, die Kunden begeistert, Beziehungen aufbaut und unsere Marktposition weiter ausbaut.

Sie werden von einem kompetenten Innendienst unterstützt und können sich auf das konzentrieren, was Sie am besten können: Verkaufen, beraten und neue Chancen schaffen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Beratung und aktiver Verkauf unserer Briefkasten\- und Paketboxlösungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Erschliessung zusätzlicher Marktpotenziale
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz\- und Budgetziele im Verkaufsgebiet
  • Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Tagungen und Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bau\- oder Baunebengewerbe
  • Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft eines baunahen Umfelds
  • Erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Aussendienst mit nachweisbaren Verkaufserfolgen
  • Selbstständige, initiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Wohnsitz im Verkaufsgebiet der Zentralschweiz
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
