IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Persönliche und telefonische Fachberatung von Endkunden
  • Erstellen von Offerten / Kaufverträgen
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Auftragsabwicklung von Kundenanfragen
  • Telefonisches Nachfassen von Kundenanfragen sowie nach Lieferungen und Montagen
  • Mithilfe und Überwachung bei Lieferungen/Montagen
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen sowie Wareneingangskontrollen
  • Kassenabschlüsse (Tag, Woche, Monat)Dekoration Store / Ausstellung, je nach Saison oder Promotion

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Verkauf als Detailhandelsfachfrau/\-mann EFZ
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung anspruchsvoller Kundschaft
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im MS\-Office Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit guter Ausdrucksweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
