Job Description ##

  • Sie verkaufen und beraten fachkundig zu unseren Klebstoff- und Abdichtsystemen sowie weiteren Bauprodukten.
  • Sie bauen unseren Kundenstamm gezielt aus und gewinnen neue Kunden und Geschäftspartner.
  • Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und entwickeln diese nachhaltig weiter.
  • Sie unterstützen Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und erarbeiten lösungsorientierte Konzepte für individuelle Projekte.
  • Sie erkennen neue Markt- und Kundenpotenziale und setzen diese gezielt in Verkaufschancen um.
  • Sie beobachten Markt- und Branchentrends und bringen Ihre Erkenntnisse aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie ein.
  • Sie bauen Ihr persönliches Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus und vertreten unser Unternehmen auch an Verbandsveranstaltungen und Branchenevents.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Ausbildung als Schreiner, Holzbauer o. Ä., idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Projekt-/Betriebsleiter oder Technischen Kaufmann.
  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder im Bereich Klebstoffe, Abdichtsysteme bzw. Bauprodukte ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln eigenverantwortlich und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung für Ihren Marktbereich.
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent und haben Freude daran, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Sie treten überzeugend und professionell auf und können technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen werden vorausgesetzt.
  • Sie sind gerne unterwegs, pflegen aktiv Ihr Netzwerk und haben Freude an der Teilnahme an Branchen- und Verbandsveranstaltungen.
  • Sie wohnen im Verkaufsgebiet und bringen eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit.
