Starke Produkte zum Schützen, Kleben und Dichten \& Dämmen. Unsere Business Unit Bau sucht für die Region Südostschweiz eine motivierte Verkaufspersönlichkeit, die den gezielten Ausbau unserer Marktpräsenz in den Bereichen Schreinerei, Holz\- und Fensterbau vorantreibt.

Verkaufsberater im Aussendienst m/w \- Business Unit Bau \- Region Südostschweiz =================================================================================

Aufgaben

  • Verkauf und fachkundige Beratung unserer Klebstoff\- und Abdichtsysteme sowie weiterer Bauprodukte
  • Gezielter Auf\- und Ausbau des Kundenstamms durch Gewinnung und Betreuung neuer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Technische Unterstützung und lösungsorientierte Beratung für Kundenprojekte
  • Analyse und Beobachtung von Markttrends zur Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie

Voraussetzungen

  • Ausbildung als , Holzbauer o.ä. mit Weiterbildung zum Projekt\- / Betriebsleiter oder technischem
  • praktische Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder im Bereich von Klebstoffen und Abdichtsystemen von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
  • Talent und Engagement zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und auszubauen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Systemen
  • Freude am aktiven Netzwerken und Teilnahme an Verbandsveranstaltungen
