Ab dem 1\. Januar 2027 wird der Maschinenring Mittelland auf der Geschäftsstelle des Bauern Verbands mit einem eigenen Büro vertreten sein. Für die Region Bern suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n, kontaktfreudige/n

Verkaufsberater/in Aussendienst 100%

In dieser abwechslungsreichen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion bist Du die Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens im ganzen Kanton Bern und den angrenzenden Regionen. Du repräsentierst die Maschinenring Mittelland AG sowie deren Dienstleistungen und baust mit Deinem Verkaufsflair unser Netzwerk weiter aus.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Gewinnung von neuen Mitgliedern und Beratungen zu den Möglichkeiten und Vorteilen des Maschinenrings
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen im Verkaufsgebiet
  • Repräsentation der Maschinenring Mittelland AG an Messen, Veranstaltungen, landwirtschaftlichen Schulen und Netzwerkanlässen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichsleitern sowie den internen Fachstellen
  • Laufende Pflege von Kunden\- und Projektdaten in den eingesetzten Systemen und Erstellung von Markt\- und Kundenanalysen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung im Verkauf oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im Aussendienst
  • Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquisition und im Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erfahrung und ausgeprägtes Interesse an der LandwirtschaftSelbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, gewinnende und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie Affinität zu modernen digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und ösischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

Wohnort: Region Bern

Arbeitsort: Bauernverband, Milchstrasse 9, 3072 Ostermundigen mit Einsätzen im ganzen Kanton Bern und den angrenzenden Regionen
