Unsere Kunden sind Schreinereien, Zimmereien und andere holzverarbeitende Betriebe, vorwiegend in der Zentralschweiz und den angrenzenden Kantonen sowie im Tessin. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Verkaufsinnendienst suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verkaufstalent und einer selbstständigen, teamorientierten Arbeitsweise. Bist du bereit, gemeinsam mit uns in die faszinierende Welt des Holzhandels einzutauchen?

Du…

  • berätst unsere Kunden telefonisch mit deiner zuvorkommenden und flexiblen
  • zusammen mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und \-kollegen bist du verantwortlich für die gesamte Angebots\- und Verkaufsabwicklung
  • stellst das operative Tagesgeschäft und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sicher
  • überwachst regelmässig deine pendenten Aufträge und Angebote
  • machst situative Abklärungen mit Lieferanten
  • erledigst allgemeine Aufgaben rund um die Beratung und die Auftragsabwicklung
  • unterstützt den Aussendienst administrativ
  • übernimmst punktuelle Einsätze in der Ausstellung

Du hast/bist…

  • eine kaufmännische oder :Zimmerin Ausbildung (EFZ) abgeschlossen
  • Berufserfahrung im Holzhandel oder nachweisbare Erfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst
  • ein verkäuferisches Flair und besitzt ein grosses Verhandlungsgeschick im Austausch mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • fundierte Grundkenntnisse mit den gängigen MS Office Programme und kennst dich mit ERP\-Systemen aus (von Vorteil BC)
