Seit 2003 begleiten wir anspruchsvolle Kundinnen und Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigen Montage – über 6'000 haben uns bereits vertraut.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beraten und verkaufen im Showroom – Betten, Sofas, Möbel, Leuchten, Outdoor – mit Leidenschaft und Abschlussstärke
  • Persönliche Schlafberatung: Probeliegen, Bettsystem, Matratze, Bettklima – individuell abgestimmt
  • Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und aktiv pflegen – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Follow\-up nach der Montage
  • Offerten erstellen, Aufträge mit Logistik und Montage koordinieren, den Überblick behalten
  • Ganzheitliche Wohnkonzepte und Interior\-Projekte begleiten – vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung
  • Netzwerk ausbauen: Architektur\- und Innenarchitekturbüros, Relocation\-Agenturen, B2B\- und Objektkunden
  • Showroom\-Events und Präsentationen neuer Kollektionen mitgestalten

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im beratungsintensiven Verkauf – idealerweise Möbel, Interior, Luxury Retail oder vergleichbar
  • Dynamisch, hochmotiviert, ergebnisorientiert: Ziele spornen dich an, statt dich zu bremsen
  • Ausgeprägtes Stil\- und Raumgefühl, echte Begeisterung für Design und Handwerk
  • Gewinnendes, gepflegtes Auftreten – du hörst zu, verstehst Bedürfnisse und bringst es zum Abschluss
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch; Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil (internationale Kundschaft, italienische Partner)
  • Selbstständig, zuverlässig, teamorientiert – und digital fit in Offerten, CRM und Kundenkommunikation
  • Bereitschaft zu Samstagsarbeit
