Unser Kunde, ein langjähriges und innovatives Handelsunternehmen aus der Region, sucht zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Innendienst-Teams eine engagierte, kundenorientierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Verkaufserfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zuvorkommendes Beraten der Kundschaft am Telefon
  • Ausführen von sämtlichen Aufgaben für die Angebots- und Verkaufsabwicklung im Bereich Innenausbau
  • Sicherstellen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts und die Zufriedenheit der Kunden
  • Regelmässiges Überwachen der pendenten Aufträge und Angebote
  • Durchführen von situativen Abklärungen mit Lieferanten
  • Erledigen von allgemeinen Aufgaben rund um die Beratung und die Auftragsabwicklung
  • Administratives Unterstützen des Aussendienstes
  • Übernehmen von punktuellen Einsätzen in der Ausstellung

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Schreiner, Zimmermann oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Holzwerkstoffhandel
  • Verkäuferisches Flair gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme, Business Central von Vorteil
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und zuvorkommendem Verhalten
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
