Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Metallunternehmen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige Verkaufsberater:in Innendienst (a) 100%. Das Unternehmen bietet moderne Anstellungsbedingungen und ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet. Gesucht wird eine organisierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Administration sowie ersten Kenntnissen im Verkauf oder Vertriebsinnendienst. Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kundenkontakt runden Ihr Profil ab.

Job Description ##

Unter anderem gehören folgende Tasks zu der Stelle:

  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Gewinnung neuer Aufträge
  • Selbstständige Betreuung des gesamten Auftragsprozesses von der Offerte bis zur Auslieferung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung von Kunden- und Lieferantenbestellungen
  • Koordination von Transporten sowie Unterstützung bei Import- und Exportgeschäften
  • Verantwortung für die Lagerbewirtschaftung und Bestandskontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und dem Service Center
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und professionelle Lösungsfindung bei Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktivitäten, Events und Messeauftritten
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Übernahme von Sonderprojekten und vielseitigen Zusatzaufgaben je nach Bedarf

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie erste praktische Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend)
  • Exakte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Materialkenntnisse und technisches Verständnis, idealerweise aus der Metallbranche oder einem ähnlichen technischen Umfeld
  • Freude am Verkauf sowie am täglichen Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
