Verkaufsberater Innendienst Metallbaubeschläge (a)

Ziel der Rolle:

In dieser spannenden Funktion verbinden Sie Ihr technisches Fachwissen mit Ihrer Freude am Kundenkontakt. Sie beraten Kunden kompetent zu technischen Lösungen, begleiten Aufträge von der Offerte bis zur Fakturierung und sorgen für eine professionelle und effiziente Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Technische Beratung von Kunden zu Produkten und Lösungen im Bereich Metallbaubeschläge

Verkauf und Betreuung des bestehenden Produktsortiments

Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Offerte bis zur Rechnungsstellung

Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten

Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenbestellungen

Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Bestell- und Auftragsabwicklung

Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen und Projektunterstützung

Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten

Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Aufgaben im Verkaufsinnendienst

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer, Metallbauzeichner, Metallbaukonstrukteur oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Metallbau und technischer Beschläge

Technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit kaufmännischem Flair

Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in der technischen Kundenberatung von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Neues zu lernen
