Wir bauen AVIA Schmierstoffe als eigenständige Verkaufsorganisation weiter auf. Dabei verbinden wir die Stärke der Marke AVIA mit persönlicher Beratung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und echter Nähe zu unseren Kunden.

Im Rahmen einer geregelten Nachfolge suchen wir für die Romandie und den angrenzenden zweisprachigen Raum eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit. Du übernimmst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in den Bereichen Automotive und Industrie und entwickelst das Verkaufsgebiet gezielt weiter.

Dein Verkaufsgebiet

Du betreust die gesamte Romandie sowie den angrenzenden zweisprachigen Raum. Dazu gehören insbesondere Biel und ausgewählte Gebiete der Kantone Bern, Solothurn und Jura. Die genaue Gebietsaufteilung erfolgt gemeinsam mit der Verkaufsleitung und orientiert sich an Kundenstruktur und Marktpotenzial.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in den Bereichen Automotive und Industrie
  • Du gewinnst neue Kunden und baust das Verkaufsgebiet weiter aus
  • Du berätst Werkstätten, Transportunternehmen, Flotten und Industriebetriebe zu Schmierstoffen, Anwendungen und passenden Lösungen
  • Du erkennst Marktpotenziale und setzt konkrete Verkaufsaktivitäten um
  • Du planst deine Kundenbesuche und bearbeitest dein Verkaufsgebiet selbstständig
  • Du erstellst Angebote und Verkaufsvereinbarungen im vereinbarten Kompetenzrahmen
  • Du pflegst Kundeninformationen und Verkaufsaktivitäten zuverlässig im ERP und CRM
  • Du beobachtest den Markt und bringst Kundenbedürfnisse ins Verkaufs\- und Marketingteam ein
  • Du wirkst bei Messen, Kundenanlässen und Schulungen mit

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussendienst mit nachgewiesener Kundengewinnung
  • Deutsch und ösisch verhandlungssicher
  • Interesse an Fahrzeugen, Maschinen und technischen Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B (erforderlich)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Bereitschaft zur ERP/CRM\-Nutzung

  • Aufbau und aktive Gestaltung eines Verkaufsgebiets
  • Kurze Entscheidungswege und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Innendienst und Marketing
  • Homeoffice für administrative Arbeiten; Hauptteil bei Kunden im Feld
  • Sorgfältige Einführung in Sortiment, Anwendungen und Verkaufsinstrumente
