Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kundschaft im Shop
  • Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Telekommunikation
  • Aktive Kundenansprache und Erkennen der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zu Abos, Geräten und digitalen Lösungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellen eines gepflegten und einladenden Shop-Auftritts

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, Detailhandel oder in der Kundenberatung zwingend
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Flair für den Verkauf
  • Offene, kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse an Technik, Smartphones und digitalen Produkten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze am Samstag
