Firma Branche: Industrielle Automatisierung, Prozessautomation, Prozessleittechnik für die Lebensmittelindstrie. Grösse: ca. 50 MA. Arbeitsplatz: Region TG zwischen Wil und Frauenfeld. Berufsfeld: Techniker HF, Techn. Kaufmann HF, Elektrotechniker HF, Elektroingenieur FH.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie pflegen aktiv die Key-Accounts in der DACH-Region und sind für die Pre-Sales und Sales-Aktivitäten zuständig.
  • Sie führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotentialen und Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Geschäftsfelder sowie der effektiven Neukundenidentifikation durch. 
  • Gemeinsam mit den Kunden erarbeiten Sie Roadmaps, Strategien und Konzepte. 
  • Sie arbeiten im engen Austausch mit den Projektleitern und dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen.
  • Sie sind im Verkauf die Lead-Person und führen ein kleines, jungesTeam.
  • Sie sind zudem für den Aufbau einer zielführenden Verkaufs- und Marketing-Strategie zuständig, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung. 

Anforderungsprofil

  • Techn. Berufslehre mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF, Techn. Kaufmann HF, Elektrotechniker HF oder Elektroingenieur. Vorteilhaft ist eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf / Marketing 
  • Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich der industriellen Automatisierung/Digitalisierung oder einem eng verwandten Fachgebiet mit. 
  • Sie fühlen sich im Projekt-Umfeld wohl und bringen ein hohes Prozess- und Qualitätsdenken mit. 
  • Sie sind ein engagiertes Teammitglied, welches eigeninitiativ und erfolgsorientiert arbeitet.
  • Sie verfügen über erprobte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, ein strukturiertes Vorgehen und Kommunikationsstärke mit einem selbstbewussten Auftreten.
