Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein etabliertes und geschätztes Unternehmen im Handel mit Komponenten für Nutzfahrzeuge. Ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz bildet die Basis für langjährige Lieferanten\- und Kundenbeziehungen. Zur Ergänzung der Verkaufsabteilung suchen wir eine Fachperson mit entsprechender Berufs\- und Branchenerfahrung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beraten der Kunden am Telefon
  • Akquirieren von Neukunden
  • Bearbeiten des Offertwesens
  • Abwickeln der Bestellungen ab Lager und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten
  • Disponieren von Waren und Spezialartikeln
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Aussendienst
  • Abwickeln von Garantieanträgen
  • Pflegen von Kundendaten
  • Übernehmen von Stellvertretungen innerhalb des Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung in der Nutzfahrzeugbranche
  • Kaufmännische Weiterbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Kundenberatung
  • Gute MS\-Office\- und ERP\-Kenntnisse
  • Flexible und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Organisierte und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C1\) / Französisch oder Englisch: Gute Kenntnisse (B1\) von Vorteil
