Du verbindest die Kundenbetreuung im Verkaufsinnendienst mit der fachlichen Verantwortung für unser Multimedia\-Sortiment.

Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse, entwickelst passende Lösungen und treibst unser Multimedia\-Angebot aktiv weiter. Dabei beobachtest du Markt und Technologien, erkennst Trends und machst daraus konkrete Produkt\- und Lösungsideen.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die Bearbeitung und Koordination von Ausschreibungen – von der Anforderungsklärung bis zur vollständigen Angebotserstellung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Verkauf \& Kundenbetreuung

  • Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich beraten
  • Anfragen, Offerten und Aufträge bearbeiten
  • Bei Produktauswahl und Lösungsfindung unterstützen
  • Produkt\- und Lösungsvorschläge erarbeiten
  • Aussendienst bei Kundenanfragen und Projekten unterstützen
  • Mit Technik, Einkauf und Logistik koordinieren
  • Reklamationen, Retouren und produktspezifische Fragen bearbeiten
  • Leiter Montage \& Projekte bei der Disposition unterstützen

Ausschreibungen \& Offertwesen

  • Ausschreibungen vollständig und termingerecht bearbeiten
  • Anforderungen und technische Rahmenbedingungen klären
  • Geeignete Produkte und Lösungen zusammenstellen
  • Technische und kommerzielle Alternativen entwickeln

Produkt\- \& Lösungsentwicklung

  • Markt, Technologien und Trends im digitalen Unterricht beobachten
  • Neue Produkte und Lösungen erkennen und testen
  • Messe\- und Lieferantenbesuche nutzen, um Trends frühzeitig aufzunehmen
  • Standardisierte Multimedia\-Lösungen für aktuelle und zukünftige Kundenbedürfnisse entwickeln
  • Erkenntnisse aus Kunden und Markt in konkrete Sortiments\- und Lösungsvorschläge überführen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische, technische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Multimedia\-Technik oder Bildungstechnologie
  • Erfahrung im technischen Verkaufsinnendienst oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Interesse an Multimedia, Digitalisierung und Bildung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an Produkten und Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen und Offertwesen
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Kommunikations\- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
