Du sorgst dafür, dass die Region läuft und die Häuser warm bleiben. Als unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst du das Steuer für den gesamten Vertriebsbereich Heizöl und Treibstoffe in der Nordwestschweiz. Hier verbindest du echte Macher-Mentalität mit strategischem Weitblick: Du führst ein eingespieltes 3-köpfiges Team zu Bestleistungen und bringst das Geschäft direkt auf der Strasse und am Telefon voran. Ohne Umwege, mit klaren Entscheidungen und einem starken Namen im Rücken.

Deine Mission

Vertriebsstrategie & Wachstum: Du verantwortest das gesamte Verkaufsgebiet in der Nordwestschweiz und treibst die Einführung eines zukunftsweisenden Vertriebskonzepts aktiv voran.

Key-Account-Management: Du pflegst und erweiterst das Netzwerk unserer wichtigsten Grosskunden – von der Industrie über die Landwirtschaft und Liegenschaftsverwaltungen bis hin zu freien Tankstellen.

End-to-End Sales: Du begleitest den gesamten Verkaufszyklus (Inbound & Outbound) von der massgeschneiderten Offerte bis zur abschlussstarken Preisverhandlung.

Team-Leadership: Du führst, inspirierst und entwickelst dein 3-köpfiges Verkaufsteam mit Wertschätzung und klarem Zielerfolg.

Prozess-Innovation: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe konstruktiv und gestaltest moderne Vertriebsprozesse aktiv mit.

Das bringst du mit:

Branchenerfahrung: Fundierte Praxis im B2B-Verkauf, idealerweise im Energie-, Brennstoff- oder Handelsumfeld.

Führungs-DNA: Erste Führungserfahrung oder das klare Potenzial, ein kleines Team sofort souverän und motivierend zu leiten.

Verhandlungsstärke: Ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und ein starkes Gespür für Zahlen.

Systemkompetenz: Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (wie Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).

Sprachflair: Verhandlungssicheres Schweizerdeutsch sowie gute Französischkenntnisse für den grenznahen Austausch.
