In dieser neu geschaffenen Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs im europäischen Markt.

  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufs in Europa
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie Betreuung von bestehenden Kunden, Händlern und Vertriebspartnern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Maschinenvorführungen und Produktpräsentationen
  • Souveräne Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen für Investitionsgüter
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Ableitung konkreter Vertriebsmassnahmen
  • Enger Austausch mit der Geschäftsleitung, der Konstruktion und dem Service

Qualifikationen

deine kompetenzen

  • Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. im Fahrzeugbau oder Maschinenbau) mit eidgenössischer Weiterbildung zum Verkaufsfachmann
  • Multi-Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Aussendienst sowie im Verkauf von Investitionsgütern
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Akquise von Neukunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen wie Englisch von Vorteil)
  • Hohe Reiselust (Schweiz und Europa) sowie eine selbständige, strukturiert-unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
