Ihre Verantwortung ###

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Verkauf, Marktentwicklung und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Standorts
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines eingespielten Teams im Innen- und Aussendienst sowie in den operativen Bereichen
  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Schlüsselkunden sowie gezielte Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie und Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Ertragsziele
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Kosten und Profitabilität
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe sowie einer hohen Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens im Markt und Aufbau nachhaltiger Netzwerke

Ihr Profil ###

  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Verkaufserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Bau-, Bauneben- oder technischen Handelsbranche
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit direkter Personalverantwortung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Marktorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Französisch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Weiterbildung in Verkauf, Betriebswirtschaft oder Management von Vorteil
